Overview

This document provides an overview of CEX Target Settings' automated email notifications. Its goal is to help users clearly understand the types of emails they receive, their purposes, and the conditions under which they are sent.

Targets Export

This email is sent to the user who selects to export the targets of a cycle from the Target Setting Plans page. It includes details about the cycle for which the export was generated and a link to download it onto the user's machine directly.

The download link expires in 7 days after it has been generated!

Plan State Changed

Whenever a Target Setting Plan is moved from one state to another, an email notification will be sent to the relevant users.

Information about submitting and reopening plans is available in the Submit, approve, finalize, reopen target plans chapter.

Plan Adjusted Notification

This email is sent to the managers of the relevant teams when a plan's state is changed from "National" to "Adjust" or from "Finalized" to "Adjust". It includes details about the Business Unit name and cycle, as well as a direct link to access the plan.

This email is sent to the reps of the relevant teams when a plan's state is changed from "Adjust" to "Finalized". It includes details about the Business Unit name and cycle, as well as a direct link to access the plan.
