Submit, approve, finalize, reopen target plans
The page describes the process of approving targets, and submitting, finalizing and reopening plans
Submit the Target Setting plan
Once the plan has been completely configured and the national targets have been set it is time to submit the Target Setting plan. This can be achieved by clicking the 'Submit' button located in the Geographical Breakdown tab in the Plan State section.

After submission, the plan becomes non-configurable, resulting in all buttons and fields being disabled. Adjustments and target approvals are only permitted for users with TS-Review permissions.

Approve the targets
When the plan is in the Adjust stage (submitted), the Sales Managers in the team will be able to access the Target Setting Plan filtered at their position level. At this point, it's the managers' responsibility to review the targets assigned to their representatives and make any required adjustments. Managers and those in higher managerial positions possess the authority to approve the targets.
After evaluating the targets allocated to their team representatives, managers must sign-offs (formal approval) on the targets by clicking the "Approve Targets" button.

Finalize the Target Setting plan
After the managers have signed off on the targets or the deadline is reached it is time for the Process Owner / BUD to finalize the target setting plan.
This can be achieved by clicking the 'Finalize' button located in the Geographical Breakdown tab in the Plan State section.

Additionally, in this section, Process Owners / Business Unit Directors can see the number of managers who have signed off on the targets out of the total, as well as the identities of these managers.

Reopen the Target Setting plan
There might be situations where values added and submitted must be changed. To do so the plan must be reopened.
This can be achieved by clicking the 'Reopen' button located in the Geographical Breakdown tab in the Plan State section.
